the location was very convenient. it had several bus stops on the adjacent street. a convenience store was also close by. i found the staff to be very helpful with storing luggage.

my kettle did not fit onto the bottom so i couldn't use it. i had to wait until a new one was delivered. it was an inconvenience.

i loved the modern feel of this hotel. the reception area was so clean. the location was really convenient, and i used the bus stop across the street. i had a great time!

i found the room well-equipped and clean. the location was convenient, a short walk to vauxhall station. i could even walk to parliament relatively easily. i would certainly consider staying here again if i can secure a room at a good price.

the online check in process did not function. this was a minor inconvenience. however, it did not affect the overall quality of my stay.

river view clean hotel cleaning staff small gym faulty television equipment maintenance

The view from my room was so attractive. I could see the river and some amazing landmarks. The hotel was also very clean. The cleaning staff does a wonderful job with the rooms.

I did notice that the gym was very small. It had only a few machines available. The equipment needed maintenance also. The television in my room did not work at first. I had to call maintenance to fix it.
