the location was very convenient. it had several bus stops on the adjacent street. a convenience store was also close by. i found the staff to be very helpful with storing luggage.

my kettle did not fit onto the bottom so i couldn't use it. i had to wait until a new one was delivered. it was an inconvenience.

i found the room well-equipped and clean. the location was convenient, a short walk to vauxhall station. i could even walk to parliament relatively easily. i would certainly consider staying here again if i can secure a room at a good price.

The view from my room was so attractive. I could see the river and some amazing landmarks. The hotel was also very clean. The cleaning staff does a wonderful job with the rooms.

I did notice that the gym was very small. It had only a few machines available. The equipment needed maintenance also. The television in my room did not work at first. I had to call maintenance to fix it.
